One of the main reasons for this is the fact that the executive market – with the narrowing of the labour-market pyramid – offers fewer opportunities and there is increased competition for the available positions. On the other hand, the good performance in traditional selection situations is not a natural consequence of previous executive or interviewer experience. Our career –in a good sense of the word – accompanies us throughout our whole life, that is why it is not enough to pay attention to it only periodically. Next, without aiming at completeness, we would like to help with some new points of view the executives who are confronted to such a situation.
